Here at lomocard we provide fast and simple way for you to get your photo prints from your device, Facebook or Instagram. We will deliver straight to you via postal service.

How it works?
  1. Click on shop and choose the product. You can find out more information about the product by click on the product.
  2. In the product page, click the “Create Now”. Upload your photos from device, Facebook or Instagram.
  3. After uploaded, you can click on “+” and “-” if you want multiple copies and hit the “continue”
  4. Edit your photos. add text, effect or border color.
    Note: you’ll see a notification under the photo if it is low in resolution.
  5. Click on “add to cart”, review your shopping cart or add more prints. Then make your payment by click on the “Check out”.
  6. Yes, just sit and wait! your photo prints are on their way!
Do the resolution/ size of my photos matter?

Sure it does. To get the amazing prints, refer to the following table

How do I upload Instagram photos?

Everyone love printing photos from Instagram. You can access your Instagram account through our site and select which photos you want to print.

How many do I have to print?

We have a minimum prints on each product but once you hit the minimum you are charged per additional photo print.

Can I order multiple copies of the same photo?

Sure! After uploading your photos, a plus sign “+” will appear under each photo. You can click to order multiple copies by click on the sign “+”.

Why my prints are darker than I thought they would be?

When you’re viewing your photos on a screen, they will appear brighter than the actual image because the back-lit. We suggest you edit your photo’s brightness to get a more accurate print.

Can I rotate my photos?

Yes! Click the “continue” button after uploading your photos then click on the photos, you’ll see the rotate feature in the pop-up.

What paper we use?

We use FUJIFILM/Kodak photo paper for normal prints unless otherwise noted.

Can I print with captions?

Depending on the product. If you can write a caption on the product you’ve chosen then you will see this option in the product designer. This will show on the photos which says “write your text here”, if you don’t want to print caption just let it be, the “write your text here” won’t be printed on your photos.

What is the product designer?

The product designer is the section where you can upload, edit or customize your product and size.

Can I change or cancel my order once completed checkout?

Once you submit your order, we can’t make any changes to it.

How can I pay for the order?

You can make payment via following method:

  • Paypal
  • Credit card(visa/ master)
  • Online Banking/ FPX
  • Cash at any 7 ELEVEN store (Malaysia, within 48 hours)
How long will it take to get my photo prints?

The sooner you place your order the sooner we get start the photo printing process. Printing time: 1-3 working days. Note: during peak season this can be slightly longer.

  • West Malaysia | 2-3 working days
  • East Malaysia | 3-5 working days
  • Singapore | 3-5 working days
  • Asean countries | 5-11 working days

note: this is only the estimated delivery time frame. We’re not liable for any delay delivery cause by the postal service company.

Can I ship different products to different address?

Yes! You can do it by separate the order.

Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number once your product has been shipped out.
